WHITE WINE
TRANQUILLO
the «Tranquillo» has only recently been added to our wine production, becoming quickly one of our top-rated white wines. It is a young white wine, apt to accompany a whole meal, easily twinned with pizza Margherita with buffalo mozzarella and fresh basil leaves. It has a pale yellow-gold hue, it presents a persistent scent of mature fruit. At the palate it is pleasant and enveloping. Particularly well suited with fish- and crustacean-based dishes, especially deep-fried, or with asparagus risotto, alternatively with stringy textured cheeses (like mozzarella, scamorza, caciocavallo).
Suggested service temperature at 8-10°C.
