Prosecco Superiore Valdobbiadene DOCG

This is the sparkling DOCG!

It is the wine of the hills between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, location now registered in the 2019’s Unesco World Heritage List.

Solely produced by 100-years old vineyards on the Valdobbiadene hills, Prosecco Superiore is produced with carefully selected and hand-picked grapes, soft-pressed -“blanc de blanc-style”.

It then develops its first fermentation in a temperature-controlled environment using carefully selected yeasts and it ferments a second time under pressure,

following the Charmat Method, for 40-50 days

Straw-yellow with hints of green, minute and regular bubbles.

At the nose it transmits the delicate scent of flowers and fruit, especially yellow apple and pear.

At the palate it is soft and delicate, with good sapidity and structure, fresh and persistent.

Perfectly twinned with fish dishes, white meats, pasta with delicate sauces, fresh cheeses. It excels as a ceremonial drink to seal any celebration.

Service temperature suggested at around 6-8°C, in a glass which would amplify its persistent effervescence
